I am registered as a Professional Engineering in the states of Tennessee, Mississippi, and Kansas

I am a naturalized citizen of the Unites States since September 16, 1980 at Hammond, Indiana.

I have presented a paper at the Transportation Research Board Meeting at Washington D.C. in January 1979 on Using Delay as a Level of Service Indicator to determine the Service Volume at Intersections.

The topic of my Dissertation was "Determining the Capacity of Unsignalized Intersections Using Computer Simulation" under the supervision of Dr. Clyde E. Lee, Director of the Center of Highway Research at the University of Texas at Austin, on behalf of the Texas State Department of Highways and Public Transportation.
