Biology Results for 3rd July; 2007

Title: Determination of Protein Concentration of a sample by spectrophotometer method.

  1. Turn on spectrophotometer.
  2. Set wavelength at 595.
  3. Construct a standard curve using known concentration of protein.
  4. From the standard curve construct a simple regression model.
  5. From the linear regression equation find the concentration of the unknown.
