How to Create a folder with 4 sub-folders?

1. Insert your USB flash drive and make a folder as your own name.

2. Double-Click your folder to open it and create the following 4 folders.

How to do the screenshot (capture your screen image)?  

Key:  If you push the print screen button, it will do a screenshot of the desktop.
          If you push the ctrl + Alt + Print screen, it will do a screenshot of the active window.
          Go to paint, then go to edit and click on paste, the screenshot will appear.

1. Click back after creating 4 folders. You will see your name folder as below.
   

2. Press Print Screen to copy the image of your computer screen. 
    At this point of time, you will not see anything changed because computer save it in the clipboard of memory.

3. Click Start / Program / Accessories / Paint to open the software program, paint.

4. Click Edit / paste.  The image of your screen will be pasted on paint program.

5. Click File / Save As to save this file into your name folder / the word folder.  File name could be Folder1 or My folder.  See the following Screen.
   

6. In the same way, you can open your name folder to see 4 folders.  Use Ctrl + Alt + Print Screen to copy the image of active window
    to the software paint and save it as Subfolders.

7. Send your two files, My Folder.jpg and Subfolder.jpg as attachments to your instructor.
