1. Assign the customer numbers from 1 to 20 automatically
    - Type 1 and 2 in cells A5 and A6.
    - Highlight cells A5 & A6.
    - Drag the special corner until A24.
    - Type Total in cell B25 and align to the right.

2. Use random numbers from Excel fx to assign volume in gallons.

3. Highlight from B5 to B24, click Copy, click Paste Values to get rid of formula.

4. Give the time stamp,  =now()

5. Calculate the price for each customer.  Price = Volume * Unit Price
   
Note that: the address of Unit Price has to be fixed by pressing the key "F4"
                     
before you drag down the formula.

6. Compute the daily total price at cell C25.

7. Format all money into $.

8. Rename sheet 1 to "3a Gas".  Copy the entire page to sheet2, rename sheet 2 to "3a formula" and show formula.

9. Copy the "3a Gas" sheet to the sheet 3 and change the unit price to 2.79.  Do you need to change anything for result of prices?
    Note: If you change data, the calculation result will be automatically be changed.
